Michael J. Chasnoff, CFP is the founder, President and CEO of Truepoint Inc. Michael is a Finance graduate of the University of Texas and is an experienced leader in the wealth advisory profession. He is a former Chairman of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA), formerly a long-tenured member of the Institutional Advisor Council of Fidelity Investments, and currently serves on the National Advisors Trust Company (NATC) Board of Directors.
Michael's achievements have been recognized extensively by the national press, including Worth and Medical Economics magazines. In Worth, he has been repeatedly named as one of America's Best Financial Advisors. Worth published its first list in 1994, naming Michael as one of only 60 advisors included in its register. In the most recent listing, Michael was the only Cincinnati-area advisor included. Medical Economics has also recognized Michael's expertise by repeatedly naming him as one of The Best Financial Advisors for Doctors. In addition to serving on the Cincinnati Zoo's Planned Giving Committee, Michael is a Board member for both Summit Country Day School and the Cincinnati chapter of the Entrepreneurs' Organization. Steven T. Condon, MBA, CFA joined Truepoint Inc. in 2003 upon earning a Master of Business Administration degree in Investment Management from the Fisher College of Business at Ohio State University. Steve attended Fisher as a University Fellow and graduated as both a Fisher and Weidler Scholar. He was also elected to the Beta Gamma Sigma and Phi Kappa Phi honor societies. While at Fisher, Steve was involved with the University endowment fund and assisted with the teaching of Student Investment Management Program classes. Steve is a magna cum laude graduate of Thomas More College. He began his career in the investment industry in 1997 and has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. Steve is a member of the Institutional Advisor Council of Fidelity Investments and of both the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Cincinnati. Bradley A. Reed, MBA, CFA joined Truepoint Inc. in 2007 from Fort Washington Investment Advisors, Inc., an institutional asset management firm based in Cincinnati. He entered the investment industry in 1997 with Fort Washington and began his career as a research analyst covering the financial services sector. Most recently he was a portfolio manager for the firm’s all cap value fund. Brad earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California at Davis. Prior to entering business school, he was with the Transamerica Corporation based in San Francisco, working in risk management. Brad holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of both the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Cincinnati.
Scott M. Keller, CFA joined Truepoint Inc. in 2007 with an extensive background in financial analysis and quantitative modeling. Prior to joining Truepoint, Scott developed high -level tools used for equity research while working at American Express Financial Advisors. More recently, Scott worked as a consultant with Greer Black Company where he employed his expertise in simulation modeling to create solutions to problems facing organizations across all industries. Scott received a Bachelor's degree with a focus on Finance and Economics from Montana State University and and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of both the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Cincinnati. |
